The line is down the sidewalk and we have 2 people working the front desk.

Then she did her work up and everything and Doctor came in about 8.

I have been coming here for years. I see doctor Knieriem. He is always very thorough and takes its time. I never feel rushed. He deserves a 5-star review. The only reason I gave A 4 is it said my appointment was 7:30 and I should be there by 7:15 to check in. I was there in plenty of time and front desk very pleasant and had me checked in very quickly. But it was 7:45 before anybody came out to get me. Then she did her work up and everything and Doctor came in about 8. So if appointments don’t start until 8 then why do they have you check in at 715? Other than waiting that long, everything else was great.

I cannot express enough about the staff and Dr. Lao. Caring, professional and they take their time. My husband was diagnosed with Graves Disease, which has affected his eyes tremendously. Dr. Lao has followed-up quite often and he proveds a thorough explanation of the plan of care.

Dr recko was very rude with my daughter. He put the glass lenses on and ask if it was better, he had not yet put the letters on the screen she said I don’t see the letters. He then said I know I’m getting to it but that’s not the question i asked you is it . made us feel very uncomfortable and like a bother. So we will find elsewhere to have her surgery. Maybe he was having an off day but his manner was terrible.
