Bay Area Community Health is one of the official places in Alameda County to get the COVID-19 vaccine thru their Drive-Thru vaccination service in their parking lot.Service is efficient. Called to get 1 pm appointment. Got there at 12:50 and was directed to drive thru one of two lanes outside of the building. Filled out the paperwork while waiting in line in the car.COVID-19 Vaccine is free (They will ask to provide a Health Insurance and a official ID Card (driver’s license card)). The medical nurse was in head-to-toe PPE protective gear and gave the Moderna vaccine as we sat in the Drive-Thru. Finished by 1:44 pm, including the 15 minute wait in the car after the vaccine.Overall, efficient and professional. Nurse who gave the shot was friendly and didn’t mind having her picture taken.Automatically scheduled for the 2nd shot a month from now at the same 1 pm appointment time.NOTE: If you are a Kaiser Permanente member, BACH will give COVID-19 Vaccinations if you meet the criteria.

The staff is so rude here. I have booked appointment for covid vaccine for my mom and just one day before when I called t get some info, they said you are not allowed to take vaccine in alameda county as you are resident of Santa clara county. Specifically one day before they must have vaccine ready and they denied our appointment and cancelled it. They are so rude.

A cluster! Inefficient, incompetent, disorganized etc etc. Nobody knows whats going on…Got an appt for covid test for my elderly mom. Had to wait in a long line. Why? Then a little wind and a little rain they cancel the whole testing. Really. No connsideration. No compassion. Must be their org culture. We would not go back there if they paid us.Colonel Page III whats going on with your troops? Mission fail and not accomplished. Reflects on your leadership.
