I have been getting my glasses here for years. I love coming here because of the professional and personalized treatment received by the staff. Dr. Battin always remembers me and my love of my dogs. He always asks “How are the doggies “?Battin Optical is a very comfortable place to be and I always get the perfect frame. Dr. Battin knows automatically what I want in my lenses.I’ve always preferred real glass instead of the plastic lenses used today. I was able to have real glass except for the past couple of years. Dr. Battin explained why I could no longer get real glass in my lenses and I’ve gotten used to plastic-and actually like them.I won’t go anywhere else for my glasses. I love this office and the staff. Another big plus for me is that Dr. Battin loves dogs! He’s always telling me to bring my dogs if I want. But my dogs are little hellions and I’d be afraid of what they would do to their beautifully designed office. I would be mortified to bring my Brittany Spaniel “Duncan” in. The first thing he would probably do is lift his leg somewhere. So when I do bring one of my dogs, they stay in the car!Both my husband and I love getting our glasses here and we’ll never go anywhere else.

I absolutely love it here! I started being seen here over a year ago when I had an ulcer on my eye. I was in horrible pain, they fit me right in, and explored the reason behind me continuing to get them, instead of just prescribing medication. They took the time and made me feel important. Father and son great team!
