Bottom LINE: My battery was replaced to the tune of $55.00 and my phone still does NOT charge. In addition, they refused to refund my $.In addition: BEWARE. I made an appointment online and called to confirm. When I arrived on Sunday they 1. had no record of my appointment and 2. informed me that it was possible that my home button was never going to work after they reinstalled a new battery for my iPhone.Because I had driven about 30-40 minutes to have the work done and had my day organized around this I left my phone. MY MISTAKE. I paid them 55 bucks and now have to pay 150.00 for my home button to be repaired. (the person working there was awesome and was put in a terrible position to have to fix a phone when he was the only one there and explain the home screen issue).LESSON for store: 1. Don’t tell the customer the DAY OF THE SERVICE that it’s possible their phone will be broken due to the repair. 2. Know how much Apple charges for a battery replacement and suggest your customer go there.LESSON for customers: Don’t get your battery replaced for iphones at this store.

Go see Andrew! If you want great service for a non techy person! Gave me a solution in less than 5 minutes and paid. Who has the time to mess around with things. They also fix cell phone screens, sell lights, drones, backup power strips. They can test things and answer any of your questions.
