My cell phone battery was dying. I ordered an extra capacity battery and the first one was dead and wouldn’t accept a charge. The lent me a loaner battery till the next battery came in. The next battery worked but because of the larger battery the new cover wouldn’t stay closed. Battery looked like it was thicker on one side. So we again ordered another battery. The third battery came in and it fit perfectly. The staff was great. They accommodated my needs and went beyond what they needed to do for my benefit. I am grateful for their efforts.

Got the new Duracell battery for my Motorcycle. With 24 months warranty. Been a less than a year. Issues with the battery. They check it said battery is still good can’t replace the battery. If battery still I won’t wasted my time to go down there for help. First time purchase and will never go back to that place again. Any place will replace battery for you if there still under warranty with the issues.
