One of the key reasons I chose your company was you offered curbside pick up. I ordered online, selected a nearby location and selected Curbside Pickup. Your email confirmed the order and the delivery selection. But that is apparently a fallacy and is up to each of your franchises, and the one I selected does not have that service. When I reached out to your customer service team, they confirmed that no where do you state that. Normally this is an inconvenience but in a pandemic, this is completely unacceptable. Not only will I never use your company again, I will be quite vocal to my friends and family about your deceit.

Went to this location today to get battery for my Harley Ultra Classic everybody working there was wearing their face mask and physical barriers were in place everyone that work there seem to have a very good attitude glad to have been shopping there today thank you very much Batteries Plus Bulbs y’all are awesome
