Not much to say about this plaza. It use to be a great place to shop, with a wide variety of stores. The pot hole filled parking lots will be enough to stop anyone with a vehicle they care about. Much like liberty street, businesses are pulling out and nothing is replacing them. A lot of bath has become welfare or slum like places. The whole town feels disgusting and with DSS and the jail, most of the town has an unsafe feeling to it.
