Don’t visit the one on the inside of the mall on the south side. The customer service is terrible! I observed a male employee mocking a customer and being rude to people asking questions today. The one in the outside plaza on the North Side of Carson Street is MUCH BETTER. Everyone there was so nice and friendly.

I visited this locationg today, a Sat. morning, and it was nice and quiet. I came in since their aromatherapy products were $5.50 and I had a $10 off $30 coupon, so I picked up 7 tubes of their aromatherapy body cream. The store was organized and fully stocked. Their associates were kind and patient with me while I retrieved my password for their reward app. Overall, an excellent experience. I can’t wait to return for their semi annual sale after Christmas.
