I was hired on and on my first day Letty the GM was incredibly rude and lacked any social skills and snapped her fingers at me and yelled at me before I even started my training. The other manager on duty was extremely friendly and tried to make up for how rude petty had come off. When we went to the back of the the store to finish my paperwork she saw my information online was missing something and yelled at me and said I had no business being there and had no idea what I was doing there even though they literally told me to come in to start training. I decided this was not a place I would like to work at and despite being hired on left the establishment based completely off her actions. I understand you don’t need an education to be the GM and it’s obvious the women is uneducated but at least make it a requirement to take a communications course.

I was looking to purchase the popular Teakwood & Ocean men’s cologne upon arrival.An was greeted as soon as I walked in by a employee named Isabella. She was very friendly and professional. She directed me to the Men’s lotion and Cologne section of the store. An explained to me every promotion they had in the store. She answered every question , to which i ended up taking advantage of there buy 3 get 2 free promotion. Thanks Isabella for the great experience!
