My mom was just discharged yesterday and when she called me this morning and told me about her horrible experience here I was so upset. I understand the healthcare field is stressful (I work at a hospital as well) but that doesn’t give anyone the right to be rude and judge the patients that they’re there to take care of. This is why no one gets help or is timid on seeking medical attention because of experiences like this. Please be more careful of who you hire on, and honestly a check in should be made to make sure employees are upholding their duties/responsibilities.

So kind and caring to my daughter who has autism and broke her ankle had such a wonderful experience there – from the X-ray tech to the person that fit her cast! and dr Shanamae Victor was talented and knowledgeable- this group was very busy this particular day and kept their professionalism intac THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH it makes a difference to someone with a disability
