Placed an order 7/72020. Its been 9 weeks, we do not have a living room. Never heard from Bassett. They estimated to ship around 9/11. I called and they said it is on back order. They do not have the fabric for it and do not know when they will have the fabric to start processing the order. They did not have a reason why they did not alert the customer of the delay. I asked to cancel the order, they directed me to the local store. I called the local store and was passed around until I was told to call back to Bassett main. Called back, and they sent me to the local store. Asked to be placed on a 3 way phone call which dropped as they attempted it. Here I am trying to simply cancel an order and can not. I understand its COVID times but how long should a cystomer wait, a year?! And why is there no better communication or assistance with canceling a order.

We had a great experience in dealing with Bassett. At the start, their designer Amanda prepared a story board showing furniture designs, colors, fabrics and accessories to make our living room and dining room look spectacular. The store manager, Diana sketched out how the window treatments would looked.This visual aid was very helpful. They made us feel important and listened to our comments and suggestions. It sold us and when the items arrived and were installed, they followed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. This was probably the best customer service we have ever had and we are definitely pleased with the results.
