I would never recommend this furniture store to anyone. I thought this was a quality furniture store, boy was I wrong. The furniture was delivered “white glove service”. The guys that delivered it should have worn gloves period. They were touching my brand new WHITE couch with dirty hands. I had to ask them to wash their hands. The paper towels they used to dry were covered in dirt which tells me they didn’t wash well. Then when they went to bring in the 2 chairs both were broken. Looked like they were dropped. When I called to tell them they told me it would take 8 weeks to be redelivered on top of the already 12 weeks I had waited for my furniture. There customer service is absolutely horrible. They just don’t care. I was told I would get my delivery charge reimbursed, but that never happened. I wish I would have read the reviews before hand. I would have made a different choice.

I would give the store negative stars if I could. The customer service was horrendous. I placed an order and was given a far out estimate for delivery. I then went back and purchased other furniture. I was told that both pieces of furniture would be available for delivery in little over a month. When I called to schedule delivery I was told that the furniture wouldn’t be available for a month. I was also told the order wasn’t cancelable notwithstanding the receipt indicating that all non-customized orders could be cancelled any time prior to delivery. The store uses bait and switch tactics.

Ridiculously expensive, shoddy workmanship, terrible customer service.I spent in excess of $5000 for a custom made couch. The cushions came with wrinkles and threads. They immediately started to fail. The ottoman is not square and when they sent a technician out it was deemed my floors were not level, even though only the ottoman shakes and wobbles. I sent many photos and videos showing how only the ottoman is wobbly including a photo of a level on my floors and yet still they insist that the technician made the call. Their fix for it was a stick on felt. Numerous calls and complaints led only to the determination that my floors are not level and they refuse to stand by their product. Do not be fooled by their high quality looking showrooms and sales team, once they make a sale, they are rude and only refer you to customer care 800 number.
