UPDATE: I was very please qith the owners reponse to my original review. They fixed the issue and even gave me a free pint of the flavor I had been requesting. Thank you and as always very friendly staff.We have literally called every week for 2 months to see if the have the pineapple coconut no sugar added flavor. Everytime we have called we have requested this flavor and everytime the employees have said we will talk to the manager or the owner will be here today doing inventory so we can ask them to get the flavor. And still they never have the flavor. Its so frustrating. But i do have to say the staff is always nice and friendly and it just seems like the owner or the management is not listening to the customers requests.

bought an ice cream cake a while back manger was very rude when i called because they messed up my cake. I went back thinking maybe she was have a bad day that day so I went back with my family she gave my wife and son a lot of attitude worst experience never again!
