I ordered a cake on a friday evening /saturday morning, and by sunday 2 hours before I was suppose to pick the cake up , they called and cancelled. I normally let things go but I had to run around and find a cake last minute which was horrible to do for my 9 year old daughters birthday.

Went to Baskin Robbins on March 26th on a Friday and saw people at the drive through window who saw us pull in. So we went to order in the drive thru. When we got there no one answered us and we looked at what time they closed and it said 10 PM on Google. It was 8:30 so we thought they weren’t closed. We pulled up to the window and saw that there was no one in the store. The lights then turned off and so we drove off and saw the employees leaving and locking up. They didn’t even look at us when they were leaving. They need to update hours on Google.
