I’ve been going here for years, usually better, maybe just an off day yesterday. I made an appointment for 1:00 for tires while I waited. Get there, and 1:00 is lunch break, and I’m told there’s 2 customers ahead of me, so it will be a couple of hours! I have my wife pick me up and go about my day. I call at 3:00, and car is just about done. Pick the car up, price is fair, but mechanic left greasy hand prints all over the rims (bright polished silver). I get home, and get a call they forgot to put my wheel lock lug back in the car.

Got new tires there a year ago and great service, got a hole in my sidewall and they replaced and balanced it very quickly. They even put the spare back neatly and fixed a carjack I had lying in my trunk. Great service could not ask for better!
