Cathy is so great! I went cliff jumping and got gnarly bruises around my thighs. A friend referred me to go to Cathy and get wrapped. I got a same day appointment and I am so happy that I came. Cathy is so great and hospitable. She told me what to expect and made sure my needs were met. My bruises have already lightened after a few hours. Cathy’s knowledge, skills, and professionalism will blow you away. I went to Cathy originally for a wrap, but after an assessment the goal was to heal my skin. I have an autoimmune skin condition and have struggled with it for about 13 years. After learning about this condition, Cathy put me on a candida cleanse which I have been following. My skin is looking better than it has in years. After cleansing my body, with Cathy’s guidance, through diet/nutrition I did my first wrap.
