Best experience I have had out of all surrounding repair shops. April was awesome, kept me updated the entire time during the repairs. She was able to get our RV repaired in time for our trip!( huge relief) highly recommend you speak to April if you need service!

The only reason that I’m giving this a 3 star right now is because there is hardly any inventory. The inventory that they did have in Class A and Class C motorhomes, for both types, totaled 7-8 rigs that were available. The ones that were on display for sale were dirty inside. Not what I would expect from a business that has high traffic, especially during Covid times. As I’m unsure of the protocols of selling used RV’s, this may be normal. However, if it was my business I would be sure that the units were clean and try to have any repairs fixed before presenting it to the public. With that said, we realize that there is a shortage of RV’s, trailers and 5th wheels at this time. Completely understandable and we know we are on the late train. Unfortunately, the industry has taken advantage of that and the units have become very expensive. Yes, supply/demand… We get it, but it’s pretty ridiculous. This is true of anywhere one may go to purchase one of these homes on wheels, not just Barber RV.Now, as far as customer service goes… We went looking through 5 RV’s before anyone approached us. Usually when we have been to other dealerships we have been approached and attended to fairly quickly. On one hand, it is nice not to be rushed up on.The great thing is that once we were approached, the salesman was very helpful in answering questions and explaining things. He was kind and knowledgeable. So we were thankful for that. One last thing… We have noticed that the quality of the materials and construction on some of the new trailers and 5th wheels could have been better. Again, this is not due to the shortages caused by the pandemic.Overall, it was a decent experience. I’m guessing we will have to wait for more inventory or go to another nearby state to purchase one at a more affordable price.
