Just took my daughter here to get her ears pierced, everything was good, the only thing I didn’t like was that they charge you warranty without asking you, and I didn’t want it. The earrings were $65 and the warranty was $16 they also did them a little bit crooked (facing down) and they didn’t have the birthstone flower I wanted, so I went with a regular birthstone. The lady was very nice and sweet with my daughter. I would go again though.

Very bad experience returning earrings that’s I had tested DIAMONDS ARE POOR QAULITY the gold is NOT 10k it only 9k. They didn’t offer me my cash back nor willing to give store credit only an exchange for another cheap piece of jewelry. Spent a total of $492.75
