I just bought a 2021 nuCamp T@G XL Boondock and can’t speak highly enough of the team at Bankston Motor Homes. I live in Houston, TX and saved thousands of dollars buying from Bankston. Brent made the process of setting up the sale by phone and email super easy and the price was so good there was no need to haggle. I showed up for my delivery appointment and Jason did a great job with the tech walk-through and made sure we knew everything about this trailer before we left the lot. They literally rolled out the red carpet for us and it was abundantly clear how much they value their customer relationships. This is *THE PLACE* to get your RV.

Just want to give a big shout out to the Bankston Jordan Lane service department. The service team provided excellent service and quality work in the installation of a weight distribution hitch. Due to the unique RV tongue configuration, they were presented with some installation issues. The competent technicians contacted the seller of the hitch as well as the hitch manufacturer. The technicians resolved the issue and worked late on a Friday afternoon in order to complete the installation and allow us to receive our RV. A huge thank you for your can do attitude and your quality work!

We came back 1 year later to trade the new unit we bought in 2020 for an even larger model. We live 3.5 hours away.When we arrived, our unit was marked with a sold sign and our name. The new 5th wheel was a filthy mess that had multiple missing parts, broken, scratched and badly damaged areas.it had been used to strip parts for other units from.We drove an hour to another of their locations to find the same unit marked $9k lower! They refused to honor the price, lied to us saying the price had gone up and that someone forgotten to change the sales sheet to new price.Their idea to help was to drop their price 3500, not the 9k and….discount our trade in another 3000! These people are dishonest, Eddie in sales in specific. Run from this place. We found our new unit elsewhere
