I got there asked for my name to be written down to speak to a rep, they told me to wait to do that. Next thing I know they’re helping someone else that was after me. Then the lady finally writes my name down. Then she goes help another customer that was a walking, her b.s excuse was that she was just giving him information, I know how to speak Spanish so I know she was actually helping him. I closed out 2 of my 4 accounts. I’m about to close out the rest soon.
