Very rude older 40’s female teller, wish i got her name…. I was the only one inline and waited for about a minute for her to finish gossiping about another bank member. I approach the counter when she was done and ask for a withdraw. She tells me to insert my card. as i do she exclaims I hope you’re not recording me with you phone!. I was confused. Apparently my flash was still on. So I apologized. It was her nasty tone and lack of decency that did it for meAs the face of a company you need to try harder, or maybe you should go count pennies in the backroom.
