It’s very basic this location wish it had a drive thru atm then It would be great there, Bank of America in Vallejo has no car drive thru atms besides a Bank of America ATM downtown Vallejo which is great right in front of the library it’s on a building under a mural very nice you just park your car right In front and it’s there reminds me of something like San Francisco downtown

Worst BOA branch I’ve visited to date. Out of the three tellers present, only one was taking clients while there was a long line. 1 hr wait in line to get to teller who was rude and practically asked me to yell the amount i wanted to withdraw. To top it off, they ran out of $100 bills and had to give me large sum in $20s!!! Wouldn’t even put the amount in envelop. No sense of privacy or respect for clients. Considering changing financial institute.
