This bank is terrible. Bring yourself a good book or a movie on your phone. I live a block from it and I’ll only go there when it’s absolutely necessary. The line is constantly out the door. Never enough tellers. The most you’ll ever see is three because that’s all the windows they have, even though the building is huge. If you see people in line outside be prepared to get stuck here at least an hour. There’s also garbage all over the parking lot and in their shrubbery. I posted a picture by one of the ATM.

If there is a negative star rating, I would definitely give it! This bank is so bad with long line outside all the time. Only one teller working most of the time I go there. I have complained about this to the branch manager but no improvement. There is right now about 30 people line up outside and 6 people line up inside. I am changing bank. Good luck to all their future customers.

The 5 stars is specifically for teller named Kayla. Despite a very long line and she was the only non-business teller, she kept it moving quickly and efficiently. Plus extremely friendly on top of that. A plus!
