I think this is the best BoA branch that I’ve been to. Make an appointment if you want to speak with a banker. They helped me set up my first credit card and answered all my questions!

Pamela is the worst customer service representative in this bank. She would not cash a check eventhough the account had sufficient funds that very second. I dont want to even give her a star. Her attitude was arrogant and rude. Her unprofessional attitude is why this bank makes it the worst banks I have visited. Pamela needs to go back and learn about customer service etiquette. Horrible experience!
