the employees of this branch of the bank are absolutely not worthy of representing Bank of America. they do not control the ATM, they have 2 assistants, but only one works, which does its job very slowly, despite the fact that it is already the turn. I was the third who left after 20 minutes, and there was only one woman left, obviously those who had the day off. but I only have a day off on Sunday when your bank is down, so I’ll change my debit account. because after you violated my credit history due to the incompetence of another branch, and now everything is so, the eternal queues in front of the cash register can no longer tolerate this.

From the moment i entered i was greeted, i waited possibly 3 minutes while the business specialist became available.
