A No-Show Company.We had scheduled appointments with this company twice. Since they only work regular business hours, one of us had to stay at home the day of the appointment. The first appointment we had, they didn’t show up. We called them about 1,5 hours later and asked if they would be showing up or not. They said that they were still waiting to hear back from us concerning the time of the appointment, although it had already been agreed upon.When we asked them what their next available appointment would be. They asked if 8 am the following morning would be too early.We told them it would be just fine and they wrote it down (or at least that’s what they said).We took yet another day off of work and got the house ready for them to work on.It is now 10:45 and we haven’t seen or heard anything from them.This is a highly unprofessional way to handle their customers and we won’t be contacting this company again.We do Not recommend anyone to use Baldwin Gulf Coast Pest Control.To us it was a waste of time and lost earnings.Stay Away from them unless you wanna waste time and money.We’re going to a more professional company from now on.
