Placed an order on April 16th for an extruder and a set of dies. I received the extruder promptly. I had to email a number of times at ask about the dies. Per their website I should have received an email about items not in stock…. I never got that . After inquiring again, I was told they would contact the vendor about a general delivery time. That was ten days ago. I finally sent an email to cancel the rest of the order. I want to support a small business but damn. I should not have to try this hard to get the item I paid for.

They were great. Super helpful. I drove 3 hours to pick up my supplies and didn’t even have to wait a second. Great to deal with even if you have a question or concern.I definitely recommend them.
