Not a comment on the food, but the customer service is horrific and there is a very steep markup on online orders compared to just ordering in person. Man behind the counter didn’t believe the order was mine and demanded ID and an online receipt. Over 2 bagels??? Never had this kind of experience anywhere else before

What a cute place! We come here on the weekends to grab bagels with cream cheese and lox. They really stuff that bagel full of lox! Very generous portions and reasonable prices. A downtown staple and I hope it stays that way 🙂
