We originally went to the babcock in Oxford Al and had a not so great experience, so instead of going back there, we went to Gadsden. We had an amazing experience with Ashley. She was so helpful and her customer service skills are impeccable. She apologized for our previous experience and turned it around completely. Her knowledge of the products were very impressive and she got us everything we wanted. BIG THANKS TO ASHLEY AT THE GADSDEN STORE! when our furniture was delivered the experience was just as great. They took their time and care with our furniture and made sure it was exactly the way we wanted. GREAT JOB GUYS! I will recommend this store to everyone. It was worth the travel to get the A+ experience.

Went in to by furniture. One of the workers would not greet me. She (Ashley) was at the table with a child. When I asked a question she was very rude. Then another coworker came out to help me. Her name was Shae. While she was helping me the manager (Carol) came out and started screaming at her (Shae) about putting up the first aid kit. In my experience I didn’t feel like that was appropriate to be screaming at an employee for not putting up a first aid kit especially in front of customers. Shae was very helpful. The management is not what I would expect it to be. I went back in there a week ago and asked for Shae and the Salesman said she is no longer there. I told him that he lost my business. I would not buy anything from them for the way she treated Shae that day. That the only reason I came back was because of Shae not for them. Told him unless Shae was working there I will not be back. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Especially having employees (Ashley) sit around all day and not working. Here is the second time I have come in and Ashley being rude and playing with her child at the table once again

I would rate no stars if that was an option. I purchased an appliance from this company and when I plugged it up in my home it does NOT work. I opted for curbside delivery and the delivery crew broke my water spout while placing on my porch. I am now without an appliance, broken hose spout, and debt. When the company was contacted with my concerns they told me that this was my issue and to contact the appliance company. I feel this appliance had issues prior or during delievery…but this company has responded with no concerns. The manager at this store is lazy, rude, and inconsiderate. She would yell out negative statements from her office when I was in the purchasing process. Ashley is a sales associate (manager’s) daughter who was nice at first…but I quickly found out she has similar traits as her mother (manager). A male associate in the store assisted and his customer service was not good at all. This is a horrible experience that I would not want anyone else to have to manage. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
