We first used Badcock to buy our complete bed in Florida but when we moved here we went and bought the rest of the bedroom set with Pam. Great customer service! We went back today and bought new LR furniture and a lingerie dresser. Made sure we went when Pam was working. She is awesome!!

Great customer service! Most of the time when I shop, I get poor customer service (presumably because I look very young) and I don’t get taken seriously. Pam helped me primarily and she was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I left with a brand new couch being delivered to me and I couldn’t be happier! I didn’t even intend to make a purchase today originally but this sectional was exactly what I wanted and was on sale. I will definitely be back for more. The entire staff was friendly which is such a rarity these days. Very refreshing experience!

i have been getting all my purchases from badcock sense 1995 . when my dad who has passed now first took me in the store its were he an my mom got there stuff ,my first purchase was a air conditioner . an threw the years i have got washers an dryers stoves refrigerators an more . i have never had a problem with them . the staff has always been great. this time around had to just get a new washer . an a new desk top . got great deal on it . only thing is i like that got got great credit with them an they went up on my limit . i always pay for what i get . but one thing i do not agree with is why after all these years my interest rate still up ? any way i do not get the interest free on things . they should go by my credit with them not on the eqaifax which is wrong my score should be higher .
