First week of July 2020 I went in and purchased $2700 worth of furniture. Couch, love seat, and recliner! Delivery was pushed out about 3 weeks so I decided to pick up and set up the furniture myself. I realized January 2021 that each piece of furniture was poorly made and the stitching was coming undone in multiple areas. I called in on 2/4/2021 and spoke to Audrey who confirmed that the furniture was under warranty and they would send someone out on 2/9/2021 to repair or resolve my concern. At 10 am 2/9/2021 the manager Columba called me to inform myself that in order to repair said defective furniture that myself personally would need to bring the furniture into the store. The repair person comes once every 2 weeks to do repairs and it would be completed within 1 day! Mind you this isn’t the conversation I had on 2/4 nor did anyone think to disclose to me that choosing pickup over delivery meant I was responsible for bringing it in on a warranty repair! Absolutely nothing else was offered other than having poorly made expensive furniture! Never again! After years of being a consumer they have lost my business! Mind you the $1200 bed that I bought for my daughter completely collapsed while she was sleeping and caused major damage to my walls! It’s sad that this is what customer service has come to. Prior to this issue I loved doing business there, however I will take my coins elsewhere going forward!
