Changing my rating to a LESS THAN ONE STAR FOR BOTH LOCATIONS!!! I was so happy to originally give good rating to Alexander City store, I had found the 2 Lazy Boy recliners I had been searching for…. and she checked to make sure they were NOT on back order.. so image my surprise that now, 18 days later than they were promised, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM, they have not been delivered to the store. I should have picked them up on April 2nd. Since then, I have been told they will be on our next truck, call back Tuesday call back Friday I called and verified that they would be in our warehouse the 16th I’m leaving my original post, so everyone can see the whole story behind trying to get 2 recliners from your store!I live in Sylacauga and went to our local Badcock store. I found the recliner that I had been searching for and asked if it was available in a different color. The sales lady rushed to answer No without checking their website or trying to verify her answer… I left there and went online, found the lady had lied and it WAS available in the color I wanted. So I drove to a neighboring city store and found a sales lady who was more than eager to help me… so I give the Sylacauga location a 1 Star rating, but the Alexander City location gets 5+ stars! Very happy with the lady there! Too bad I couldn’t do business in my hometown…..

Prompt greeting at the door and was then left alone to browse. Once we had questions they were quick to answer. We picked out a set and asked questions about pricing and payment options. The application process was quick and we were approved in minutes. From there the paperwork only took a few minutes. Delivery next week!
