Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, until you place your order then it becomes impossible to reach them. The sales team is only interested in the initial sale and then you are no longer of use to them. Recommend figuring out what you want by asking them and then buying from anywhere elseTo update, shortly after writing this review the manager reached out and was able to resolve the issue quickly.

I love the place. Great warehouse of all appliances. What I did not like is the customer service around the warranty. Slow, unresponsive. Cashed us out At below market value. You have no recourse, just roll over and accept it.
