I purchased a fine thin rose gold band 1.5-2 yrs and never take it off. It broke and I called the store, spoke w/ a kind gentleman name Sam. He asked precise questions, told me to take a photo and email in case they can repair it! It was unrepairable and immediately offered solutions. Sam, thank you for your stellar customer service.
