Had issues with the order due to miscommunication. One of the tops on the trophy was not the right one, but it was fixed within minutes while I waited. This is what you get when you shop local. Had I gone online, it may have been fixed but would have taken few days if not weeks. Quality products, variety of choices, and reasonable price.Management needs to make sure showroom staff at least acknowledges customers when they walk in. Specially when all agents are in different room. Area that can easily be improved.

I was recommended to come here by the people at the cemetery to make a small plaque to go into the urn niche with my husband’s urn. I didn’t have any frame of reference for the work, but they were fantastic! They explained each step of the way and were incredibly responsive and kind throughout the process. If I had another need for some kind of award or even for another place to get something similar in nature (burial marker), this is the first place that I would think of now. Thank you Steve!
