I found A.V. Flooring on the web. Very nice couple. The workers are excellent. They careabout what they’re doing. However, the company has a problem with ordering the flooring you want. I didn’t get the floor I initially ordered because they didn’t have the stair nose So we had to pick another style and color. ( which was limited). and now I have to stain my banister to match. The old ‘ bate and switch’ . didn’t appreciate that. But for the most part they were somewhat fair. They did a good job craftmanship wise.

Let me tell you about this place. We ordered carpet from home depo. Surprise surprise Home Depot did not tell us that it was going to be in 3 to 2 weeks later. They said next day no problem. Well that didn’t happen. We call AV flooring. We live 2 hours away. Av flooring saves the day… so we thought they told us they had the same carpet but wait … for cheaper. We rent a trailer, load up the kids (during the pandemic) oh wait… they don’t have it. 10 days tops they say. Seriously thanks for the awesome costumer service. Fellow ridgecrest folk don’t waste your time.
