Alissa and Armando went out of their way to help on so many ways. Armando was so patient with my returns and lack of knowledge of my own car . I forgot to get something and instead of telling me which isle to go to, Alissa said, “I’ll get it”. So fast and helpful. I forgot to acknowledge the assistant manager last time I was there. All 3 trips and 3 excellent attitudes. This store sets the bar for auto part stores. Thank you.

Last Sunday, I had a very good experience with this branch of Autozone. I wanted to buy a toolbox to adjust rear wheel of my kids bike but there was a little gap there so regular adjustable wrench won’t work and I found I needed Rachet tools for this. But I was not sure what size of socket will fit for this, so took my kids bike along with me. I showed it to Gary at the counter and he was immensely helpful. He checked that the largest socket in that toolbox is a little short for it. He realized I wanted the toolbox just to adjust the rear wheel, so he went above and beyond, found the required socket in the store and helped me adjust it then and there itself. I did not have to buy anythingand he did not charge anything to me for this. I was pleasantly surprised with his kind gesture.I had visited this branch of Autozone couple of time before for few car parts (like sideview mirror) that I could replace by myself. I found those parts to be of good quality and price to be very competitive, so I always had good experience with them. But this experience was something pleasantly unexpected, and hence I decided to write a review to praise the good work.I would recommend this branch of Autozone for any kind of parts or tools and not just for automobile tools.
