On Jan 22, 2021 I came in at night with both of my headlights burned out! The guys there were extremely patient and helpful. They helped me get the right bulbs and I was able to change those things out myself… Then after that, when I accidentally locked myself out of my car ♀️ they were nice enough to let me use the phone to call AAA and they let me wait inside the store, even though they were closing, so that I would feel safe. Good spot. Everything you need to keep your car on the road, and by car I mean Jeep. You are an interesting, intelligent well educated person right? If you’re not driving a Jeep Wrangler..I mean let’s be real. I Jeep compass isnt really a jeep. If you dont have a Wrangler I fear for your safety. The folks at Auto Zone will keep your Jeep running well with all the parts, tools and advice you need as you upgrade you machine and make it the best ot can be!! Thanks Auto Zone!!

Terrible customer service the manager had a nerve to tell me I couldn’t return parts..so I showed up the next day to return some parts and it went off without a hitch. Unlike the manager who was so rude to tell me they don’t do returns..maybe he needs to be retrained in customer service because he has terrible communication skills. Not everyone is a bad customer.
