Driving and my headlight went out at night. This was the nearest AutoZone. I called. They found my headlight was in stock. I know nothing about cars so I appreciated the girl’s patience with me on the phone. Ricardo was excellent! Before purchasing the light, he came out to make sure I was getting the correct product. Because it was easily accessible, he changed it for me. Thank you both for being so great with customer service!!!

I always visit this store four or five times each year, because it’s close to our place. Every product is good. But in the last three years, we didn’t find any happy staff. I guess they are unpaid, so you may not have a very warm atmosphere here.
