I ordered a brake pad and rotor kit on Monday with Express shipping. My delivery date was supposed to be Wednesday, and I had no update nor a delivery. I called their customer service and was informed that I should receive tracking information on Friday or Saturday when it ships. 2 day delivery and it takes a week! Don’t advertise what you can’t execute. I would’ve been better off ordering from another company, and definitely will in the future.
