On 3/29 6:20pm I went into the store thinking that since I do all my parts business here, someone will know me, or at least extend some courtesy if asked for help replacing windshield wipers. His response was did you buy them here. Nobody has to extend any extra courtesies like this, or check batteries, replace air filters, not at all.But the next time I need auto parts, Im going to have the tendency to think of this experience. And I will try to avoid it. So it was done across the street with a smile.
