Well I went in to have my battery checked. Everyone was kinda busy. I stepped in front on a tall white guy with a beard and ask if he could check my battery. He rudely said mam I’m on the phone. He didn’t say give me a minute, I’ll be right with you or anything, duh where is the customer service. Not one person say mam I will be right with you as soon as I’m done. 20 minutes later I go in because no one came out to help followed by the store manager. She called a guy over and he asked whose next. The manager said rudely, mam he Said whose next. By this time I ignored everyone, I told them I was waiting on this one customer service guy I saw behind the counter named Joseph, but he was helping someone else. Joseph finally came out to help me with my battery. He had the by farr the best customer service attitude at this location. Keep up the good work. I believe in always delivering great customer service and Joseph delivered it………….
