Hey Folks! I believe in giving credit where credit is due, so here it goes! I’m from Minnesota and was driving my truck to Florida. Not long after crossing the border into a Alabama, my truck started acting up. I was desperate to find an auto parts store that could help. Typically, because I never have much luck with employees at auto parts stores these days, I wasn’t very hopeful of resolving my issue and making it to my destination on time. However, I pulled into an Autozone in Andalusia Alabama, where I met the two greatest employees EVER…Susan and Tommy!!! Not only were they extremely friendly, given how busy they were with constant customers, along with dealing with me…but they went far and above necessary accommodations to ensure I got exactly what I needed and what I needed to get the job done! I could not and can not thank them enough. I’ve dealt with various businesses and consumer based companies across the country. It comes with great passion to say AutoZone should recognize Susan and Tommy for being the greatest example of what an incredible employee should be, as well as use their skills as an example nationwide. Susan and Tommy, I thank you for all your help and saving my vacation!!! I applaud you both and hold you in the highest regard!!!Management, I urge you to take notice! You have two real winners!!!

Love this place! I’m not a big car guy but I can fix just about anything. That being said, sometimes I have questions about a how to, or diagnosing something in particular. The people who work here are absolutely the best. They’ll listen to what you have to say and recommend the next step. I’ve never had them try to upsale a product or part I didn’t need, and they’re friendly and good humored. Top notch place!
