We made the mistake of buying online auto parts. By the time the parts arrived and we got around to installing them our warranty expired. The parts did not work so we ended up losing that money. Buying locally, however, is the best option. If the parts don’t fit or broken it’s a short trip to get an exchange or refund. AutoZone has always stood behind their products. Plus the personal are knowledgeable about what they sell and the service is excellent. We won’t be ‘ trying’ a new auto parts store unless an item is unavailable. Why change what works ?
