Forever giving people the wrong parts and then when you go back they have to order the right ones because they’re always out of stock. Simply not issues a business that specializes in auto parts should have. These may seem minor to the staff there but for families looking to make repairs quick who depend on their vehicles for emergent reasons its sad we can’t rely on our auto part store and are left without a vehicle for days to weeks because of this set back.

I had just gotten out of work and ran home to notice a sound coming from my tire. Mind you I’ve been having low tire pressure issues for a little while, and had set up an appointment with a mechanic to get it checked out. But they couldn’t get me in until a week later. So I realized that I was losing a lot of air now, since you could HEAR it. Drove down to the store and showed up late around 7:30-8 pm. I went in and said I needed help, and that I didn’t know how to use the tire plug kit. The worker there named Scott actually came out, pulled this huge screw out of my tire, and plugged it for me. I tipped him $10 but it was really so helpful. After watching him put in the plug I realized I wouldn’t have been able to do it myself. So I am very grateful for what he did.
