No customer service at all. My wife came in to check why her engine light was showing. The lady gave her the scanner and told her to do it herself because she does not know how. When she returned it, there was no do you need help with what the issue is or anything else. She also told them she didn’t know what she was doing with the code scanner. Definitely would not recommend this place on my worst enemy. Never going to an AutoZone again.

They advertise a mobile 1 oil deal. It is a free filter and reduced price, with 5 jugs at $32.99 for the high mileage one. Let’s do the math here, 32.99x5x1.08125 (sales tax rate in ny) is $178.19 not OVER $200! They are scamming everyone who gets this oil deal DO THE MATH

Outstanding customer service!!! Recently purchased an older model Volkswagen. After receiving a jumpstart, Triple AAA said I needed to REPLACE my battery immediately. Drove over to AutoZone and Jordan Good tested my current battery. Then, he asked Rhonal Bueno, who also happens to be a Volkswagen owner, to double-check my battery voltage. Both reps determined my battery voltage was fine.Rhonal then shared a tip with me about the need to utilize my parking break while parked, so as not to drain the car battery. Apparently, he explained, with Volkswagen’s built earlier than 2008, equipped with running day lights, those running lights are not fully disengaged when the car is parked, unless the parking brake is utilized.Wow!!! WHO knew this??? It was like the heavens opened up when he shared this revelation with me. Fast forward 10 days to assure my battery is fine… No problem whatsoever!!! I saved money on buying a battery I didn’t need. But, more importantly, I learned how to maintain the life of my car battery. Which, I would not have known how to do, even if I bought the new car battery. The dealership where I bought the car didn’t even bother to share this parking instruction with me.I actually needed new wipers for the car. So, Jordan sold me a pair of Bosch wipers. At my request, he installed them for me, too!!!Visit this AutoZone!Hopefully, you’ll catch Rhonal or Jordan. Trust me, you’ll be in good, caring, knowledgeable hands!!! These two reps deserve a raise or a bonus, or BOTH!!!
