A lot more disappointed this time around. I had to fight for a rental when this should be offered without questions especially for loyal customers like me and especially for the many inconveniences I had to go through with them with ny runner. Time and time again I ranked them better than best but I’m not doing it this time. No one seems to have a team oriented mind in that place. When you get your car serviced you would think that parts would coincide with the serviced need. Ive been inconvenienced since my fuel pump recall. Its been over 6 months and still no part. Members would say, thats not my area. They wouldn’t take the extra step to help you. You have to do it on your own. I even took my son there to even get a vehicle only because I felt Azim connected with me and my husband when we got our vehicle. My family’s next vehicle would be in another dealership.

Came here for a routine service and the service guy tried to upsell me some flushing or random engine cleaning that I don’t need. My car only needs the factory recommend service. Definitely never coming back here.
