When I brought my car in for maintenance I worked with Service Advisor Bryant Macias. I had questions about some of the work items that were needed. Bryant made sure he answered all my questions, and went out of his way so the work got done smoothly and we’ll. Great guy to work with, I really appreciate his help! CARLOS, service manager, went above and beyond to take care of my service on my vehicle. Also, he got me a rental after my van been sitting at the dealership roughly 2 weeks awaiting for warranty response. Even though warranty didn’t cover the defect. CARLOS did a good will service and got me a rental during my the time family most needed the van for a trip. On the side, Bryant, service advisor didn’t update me at all during the whole service. I had to call daily to try to get an update and felt mistreated in some way. He did not do what he suppose to do as his most basic duty. Very sad but true. Without Carlos, i would have never consider this dealer at all. Thanks for taking care of my vehicle
