The worst service ever. Took our Certified van because the check engine light came on, keep in mind we’ve only had this van for one month. They said they would take a look at it.. Three hours later still no update. We asked for an update and they said they can’t find the problem. Why does your customer have to wait three hours and still has to ask for an update? Waited two more hours and still nothing! We had kids and they were getting hungry. They said they would give us a rental only to be hit with a $50 charge. Mm very unprofessional and did not respect our time whatsoever. Regret buying from this location. Now I can not even find a contact information for whoever runs the service department. Just has a blank page under staff like they purposely do not want you to contact them.
