I really wanted to like these guys but they’ve made it hard. I’d read good reviews about them here and they sounded pretty good.I took my truck in about 5 or 6 weeks ago for A/C service and asked them to do an inspection service also.A few days later, I went to register my vehicle on-line and got the message that I had not had the vehicle inspected. I called them back at Auto Doc, and they said they would take care of it.Another week or so goes by and I still can’t register. Called them again and they said they’d take care of it. Even verified my vehicle information.I just now tried to register and still no inspection on record.To cap it off, I’ve not received a call or text from them as to whether or not there’s a problem.Truly a shame. Finding a good garage is like finding a good barber, lawyer, or accountant. You usually stick with them for as long as they’re around.I’m giving 3 stars because the A/C service was good.
